Questions people ask before their first box.
We ship UPS on Mondays and Wednesdays. Order by Saturday and it leaves Monday; order by Monday and it leaves Wednesday. Everything is vacuum-sealed, frozen solid, and packed cold in an insulated box so it arrives ready for your freezer.
Ground shipped orders have an $85 minimum. A box needs enough frozen mass to stay cold on the road. Orders over $165 ship free by ground. For 2-Day Air: $199 minimum + $5.50/# shipping with a cap of $45 shipping fee for orders over $300. Farm pickup has no minimum.
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll message you when your order is packed. Then come by any day during daylight hours. It's waiting in the self-serve freezer, labeled with your name.
Because you should know what you're paying before you check out. Every pack is one price. No weight math, no card adjustments after we pack it.
