Everything we sell is raised on our farm or by a partner we can name. Working with a few other family operations lets each of us do what our land and skills are best suited for, and it keeps more local farms farming.

Revival Cattle Co.

Outside Verona, Wisconsin. Our exclusive beef partner. Jimmy Hamilton breeds and grazes the 100% grass-fed cattle behind every Riemer steak, roast and pound of ground beef. Same standards, same pastures, same handshake.

Cox Hill Farm

Brooklyn, Wisconsin. Cox Hill raises our meat chickens outdoors on pasture, about twenty miles from our farm.

Bering Bounty

Bering Sea, Alaska. Captain Mark spends his summers fishing the Bering Sea and supplies the wild-caught salmon and sablefish in our freezer. Frozen at sea, shipped to Wisconsin, sold alongside our meat.

Our butchers

Every animal is cut and packed by local, family-owned butcher shops under USDA inspection. Ask us which one handled your order and we will tell you.
