Why this exists
The world has gotten loud, fast, and fake. You've noticed. Somewhere along the way dinner became a thing you grab instead of a thing you make, and the meat in the grocery case stopped tasting like much of anything.
You want real food again. You've probably tried. A farmers market that closes before you get off work. A farm that sells by the pound, puts you on a waiting list and requires a deposit. A box from a company that can't tell you which farm the steak came from.

What Riemer Provisions is for
That's what Riemer Provisions is for. Farm. Front Porch. Fork. Real meat raised right here in Wisconsin, priced by the pack, shipped frozen to your door or waiting for you in our farm freezer.
Our job is to make this the easiest, best-tasting thing in your week. One price. No surprises. Real people on the other end of every order.

The Riemer family
Farming this land since 1927.
Bryce's grandfather started farming here in 1927. His parents, Loren and Kathy, kept it going. In 2010 Jen and Bryce left the Chicago suburbs and moved back with their young daughters to raise meat the way they wanted to feed their own family: on pasture, rotated to fresh grass, with no antibiotics and no added hormones.
Today the farm covers about 400 acres outside Brodhead, an hour south of Madison. The grass that feeds the herd shelters bobolinks and sandpipers too. In 2025 the farm was certified Bird-Friendly Land by Audubon, and the land on the home farm has been certified organic since 2023.
Kristin answers the phone. Eliana runs operations. Anna packs the orders. Jen and Bryce are usually out with the animals.

Our beef partner · Revival Cattle Co.
Two farms. One standard.
Revival Cattle Co. is our beef partner. The cattle are born, raised, and finished on Wisconsin farms, regeneratively grazed the whole way. Two Wisconsin operations working together to do something neither could do alone: bring real, traceable, farm-raised beef to more families.
The rest of the table
Our chickens are raised outdoors by Cox Hill Farm in Brooklyn, twenty miles from us. Our wild Alaska salmon and whitefish come from Bering Bounty, caught by Captain Mark in the Bering Sea. Every animal is cut and packed by local family butchers under USDA inspection. We can name every one of them.
