Questions people ask before buying in bulk.
The 30-pound Beef Bundle fits in the freezer above your fridge. A quarter needs a small chest freezer, about 4.5 cubic feet. A half fills a 9 cubic foot chest freezer, the common size at the hardware store.
Vacuum-sealed, up to 12 months at full quality. It stays safe longer than that, but the flavor is best inside a year.
Frozen solid, packed with gel packs in an insulated box, by UPS on Mondays and Wednesdays. Quarters and halves go by ground only, to the 28 states and DC where UPS ground takes one to two days, or you can pick up at the farm. A big order may come in more than one box. Everything goes straight into the freezer when it lands.
Every box lists its exact cuts on its product page. A quarter, for example, is steaks, roasts, brisket, short ribs, stew meat, burger patties, soup bones, and 30-plus pounds of ground beef.
