In the pack: 2 steaks per pack. Pick your size, or a 4-pack.

How to cook it

Grill or cast iron, either works. The one mistake to avoid: cooking it straight from the fridge cold.

Thaw overnight in the fridge.
Pat dry and let it sit out 30 minutes.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Sear on high heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
Rest 5 minutes before cutting.
