How to cook it

Low and slow, always. Chuck is never a quick cook.

Thaw in the fridge, one to two days.
Salt it and sear all sides in a hot pan.
Add onions and a cup or two of liquid.
Slow cooker 8 hours on low, or a 300 oven for 3 to 4 hours, until it pulls apart.
